THE LONG
A design graduate of Fort Hays State University, I began my career at a boutique, full-service agency in Wichita, Kansas developing and sharpening my skills. Working as part of a small team meant taking on new challenges, learning quickly, and expanding my role to include art direction, storyboarding, copywriting, content development, video/photoshoot management, and overall marketing strategy development. I learned that I thrive when given the opportunity to take a high-level look, understand problems, and provide more direct, strategic, creative solutions.
In my current role as an Associate Creative Director at Metre, a data-driven agency in Minneapolis, I lead a team of art directors, graphic and motion designers, and front-end developers to produce branding, traditional and digital advertising campaigns, social media content, and websites. I primarily serve clients in state and county governments, healthcare, higher education, manufacturing, and financial services.
